Half Pint & The Growlers deliver a tasty mash of genres and rhythms that they’ve dubbed Swing Gumbo. Some rousing vintage jazz? Yes! Some saucy beats and Latin boleros? ¡Sí! Jump Blues? Western Swing? NOLA-inspired originals and old-time tunes? Laissez le bon temps rouler! The Santa Fe band simmers then scorches this mélange of styles into a bodaciously good time, performing originals and a repertoire of favorites from the past century (or so). They’re as at home in honky tonks as they are speakeasies – catch them at area festivals and your favorite watering hole.
